Build a workout

Choose goals, target focus areas, available equipment, and session length. The app assembles a practical routine you can start in under a minute.

Start and complete a workout

Start from your plan, check off sets/reps/rest, and finish with a brief wrap-up when done.

Save and view recent workouts

Completed workouts are saved in the app as local history so you can quickly review recent sessions.

Delete local workout history

You can clear completed workout history from your Recent Workouts area in the app.

Local data and account boundary

  • Workout plans and completed history are stored locally on this device in the current MVP.
  • You can build and complete workouts without an account.
  • Account-backed sync is not active in this build.

Current MVP limitations

  • No AI or network-based workout generation in this native build.
  • No cloud workout sync.
  • No analytics or tracking.
  • No payments, subscriptions, or StoreKit flows.
