ReadySetLift features
ReadySetLift is a local-first workout planner for iPhone and iPad. Here is what the current native app supports and which product directions are being explored for future releases.
Available in the current app
Available now: Workouts built around your day
Available in the current app
Choose a muscle-focused or total-body session, then set your goal, intensity, available time, training format, equipment, practical constraints, and readiness. ReadySetLift turns those choices into a complete workout you can inspect before starting.
Available now: Equipment-aware exercise selection
Available in the current app
Selected equipment drives exercise eligibility, and ReadySetLift avoids requiring unavailable equipment. A narrow bodyweight fallback may be used when you explicitly enable it or when no suitable selected-equipment alternative exists.
Available now: Built-in planning on every supported device
Available in the current app
ReadySetLift Rules creates and validates complete workouts locally without requiring Apple Intelligence, an account, or cloud workout generation.
Available now: Optional Apple Intelligence refinement
Available in the current app
On supported devices, Apple Intelligence may refine exercise choices from constrained, preapproved alternatives. ReadySetLift keeps control of the workout structure, prescriptions, equipment rules, readiness restrictions, and final validation.
Available now: Preview and active exercise swaps
Available in the current app
Compatible candidate swaps can replace an exercise while keeping the rest of the workout intact. During an active workout, completed sets and entered work are protected rather than silently discarded.
Available now: Guided workout execution
Available in the current app
Follow exercise order, sets, rest guidance, timers, and guided workout formats. Record the reps, load, or time you actually complete and return to an interrupted active workout through local recovery.
Available now: Local history and progress memory
Available in the current app
Recent Workouts, completed-workout details, and conservative last-used or best-used exercise hints stay on the device. Hints are informative and do not overwrite current workout values.

- Privacy-conscious design and useful local functionality without requiring cloud generation.
- Product language that is reviewable and honest about fitness-planning limits.
