Is ReadySetLift available now?
ReadySetLift is currently available through its public TestFlight beta and is coming to the App Store. Availability and supported Apple Intelligence features can vary by device, installed operating system, language, and region.
Do I need an account?
No. The core setup, workout generation, preview, active workout, finish, and local Recent Workouts flow can be used without an account. Account-backed workout sync is not active in the current build.
Does ReadySetLift require Apple Intelligence?
No. Built-in planning creates complete workouts on every supported device. Apple Intelligence refinement is an optional second step that currently requires iOS or iPadOS 26, eligible hardware, Apple Intelligence enabled and ready, and a supported language and locale. Does workout generation use the cloud?
No. The current native app does not use cloud workout generation. Built-in planning is local, and optional Apple Intelligence refinement runs on the device.
Which equipment can I plan around?
Workout-building options include body weight, bands, dumbbells, machines, cable stations, barbells, kettlebells, benches, pull-up bars, suspension trainers, and medicine balls. The exact exercises offered depend on your selected focus, constraints, and available equipment.
Can I replace an exercise?
ReadySetLift can offer compatible swap candidates when approved exercise alternatives are available. You can review swaps before starting, and the current active-exercise flow protects completed sets and entered actuals rather than replacing them silently.
Where is workout history stored?
Completed workout history is stored locally on the device in the current app. You can clear completed history from Recent Workouts. Cloud workout sync is not active.
What features are planned?
These features are not available yet and have no announced release date. ReadySetLift has planned product directions, and the current roadmap may change as the native app develops. See the current ReadySetLift roadmap for details.
