• Workout setup choices, including muscles, equipment, goal, intensity, duration, and training style.
• Generated workout plans.
• Active workout progress.
• Completed workout history.
• Sets, reps, time, load, and planned-versus-actual details.
• Soreness/readiness markers.
• Setup notes, exercise notes, and wrap-up reflections.
• Optional difficulty and energy reflection.
• Active workout recovery snapshots.
• Optional local account/session display state if present.

Data not collected by current MVP

• No analytics.
• No ads or tracking.
• No payment data.
• No cloud workout sync.
• No AI prompts or AI responses.
• No OpenAI/API generation data.

Account boundary

• Users can use the app without an account.
• Optional Apple account/session state may exist for future ownership direction and does not represent active cloud workout sync in this MVP.

Deleting local data

• Clear completed workout history from Recent Workouts in the app.
• Uninstalling the app may also remove local app data, depending on iOS behavior.

Future sync caveat

If account-backed sync, analytics, payments, AI generation, or cloud features are added later, this policy and any App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those features ship.
