Apple Intelligence refinement
On supported devices, ReadySetLift can optionally use Apple Intelligence to refine exercise choices after its built-in rules have already created a complete workout.
Built-in planning remains the foundation
ReadySetLift first creates the workout with its own local rules. Apple Intelligence is not required to determine the workout structure, exercise count, sets, repetitions, timing, or rest guidance.
Availability requirements
ReadySetLift's Apple Intelligence refinement requires iOS or iPadOS 26, an eligible device, Apple Intelligence enabled and ready, and a supported language and locale. Current temporary availability can also affect whether refinement is offered.
If any requirement is not met, ReadySetLift Rules builds the workout instead.
Refinement uses constrained alternatives
Refinement may choose among ReadySetLift's approved exercise options when a meaningful alternative is available. It does not receive an unrestricted request to invent a workout from scratch.
ReadySetLift keeps the guardrails
ReadySetLift continues to control:
- Workout structure and exercise order.
- Sets, repetitions, work time, rest, and timer behavior.
- Selected equipment and target-muscle rules.
- Readiness, soreness, and practical constraints.
- Exercise instructions, safety copy, and final validation.
Workout refinement stays on the device
The workout information used for refinement and the resulting output remain on the device. ReadySetLift does not send workout-generation information to ReadySetLift servers, Supabase, OpenAI, or another cloud model provider.
Limited exercise-choice context
Refinement can use bounded exercise-choice metadata and coarse recent-use signals, such as relative recent-use rank, count, or sessions-since information where applicable. These are limited values, not the underlying workout history.
Exact workout dates, full workout history, freeform workout notes, reflections, account identity, Sign in with Apple information, session transcripts, and unrestricted personal data are excluded.
Fallback behavior is expected
If Apple Intelligence is unavailable, no meaningful alternative exists, or a refined result cannot pass ReadySetLift's validation, the app uses the complete workout produced by its built-in planning.
